1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for Shine ShEO Academy programs, events, and communications, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If that is not possible (e.g., because it’s stored in backups), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect or market data from children under 18 years of age.

Shine ShEO programs are designed for adults (entrepreneurs and leaders). We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Most browsers and mobile systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. At present, Shine ShEO does not respond to DNT signals because no industry standard has been finalized. If one is adopted, Shine ShEO will comply.
